Post-event wrap-up

  • Process any outstanding invoices from event vendors (graphic designers, caterer, mail house etc.)
  • Produce a final Alpha Report with the gross income for the event
  • Finalize the event budget showing final expenses and net income to client
  • Fill out and mail in the NY State Charities Bureau ‘Closing Form’ (a requirement by law for all fundraising events in NY)
  • Produce and mail two rounds of invoices for un-paid pledges
  • Organize a post-mortem meeting or conference call with client
