Event logistics

  • Create and produce “table packets” and send to all table buyers
  • Work with Client on seating the dinner
  • Produce the Floor Plan for the event and place/seat the tables in the room
  • Print table cards with the table # for each guests to receive at check-in
  • Create boxes for the table numbers and file cards for each event
  • Produce place cards for any “seated” events and distribute them at the event
  • Generate all necessary check-in lists (in alphabetical order; by table name; and table number)
  • Oversee registration and check-in at the event
  • Provide ample staff to oversee the check-in process at the event
  • Direct traffic flow throughout the event; moving guests to and from the designated areas
  • Liaison with venue and caterers to adhere to event time-lines
